- Are the remote controls supplied programable universal remotes? - NO, all of our remotes are specifically manufactured for each individual model of set. When you get your remote simply insert the batteries and use.
- What are the delivery times for your remote controls? - We strive to provide a quick delivery on all remotes ordered and usually you will receive it within a couple of days. In some instances a remote may be classed as a special order, for special order items there is an extended dispatch time, this dispatch time will be found in the remote controls description page.If your remote is not a special order item then please allow upto 5 working days before contacting us if your remote has not arrived.
- Are batteries with your remotes? - Due to shipping restrictions, batteries are currently not supplied with the remotes that we supply.
- What can i do if the remote supplied does not work with my equipment? - If the remote you purchase from us does not work with the required equipment simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer either a full refund or an alternative remote if available. Please note that return shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Do you ship worldwide? - We currently only offer remotes suitable for european models and therefore will only ship to countries within europe.
- What are the shipping charges for your items? - For all orders our total shipping charge is £2, this is a fixed rate regardless of the quantity of remotes purchased.
